Well the whole old god thing is one of those things have have changed. It used to be five. Now stated as 3. There is a dead one in Darkshore.. Lots of gods. Hakkar the soulflayer for isntance. hes a god. Troll Loa gods. |

haveing just read the sundering i can safley say were all screwed! new power rank old gods everyone else and btw the old gods arent even on our plane of exstence their soldiers yes(rag, thundarren, water lords). they come through its GG world. |

First of all the Old gods are NOT elementals. Need to be very clear on that. Its a popular misconception. The 4 Elemental lords served the Old gods. The elemental lords were banished to Elemental planes. The Old gods were imprisoned underground. We know there is one in Northrend. We think there is one in Trisifal. 5, 4, or 3... This has changed. I believe the first mention of them was WC3? It started as 5. Then somewhere was labeld as 4... And then as Ershin stated, referred to as "the Three" in War of the Ancients. No one is really sure. Generally it stands as... the current cannon is correct.. Garona is Drenai/Orc, not Human/Orc.. Grom was 73, not 540... Im of the belief that Elune is one of these old gods. Possibly not entirely "good" at all. The well of Eternity being her prison. Im pretty sure the Ysera/Elune rumor is wrong. Also, where are you getting this Naga making a deal with the old gods idea? It seems to not make alot of sence. 1.the old gods arent elementals. Ragnoras teh fire lord has salamanders. If naga made a deal with the water lord, maybe.. But doesnt make sence for an old god. 2.they worshiped demons, not old gods. And their current alligances are STILL demons, not the twilights hammer and old gods. Take Illidan, and the naga on Outland. They are seeking out the demons of the legion for power, not the old gods of Azeroth. |

A few things. Message me on AIM Calias I work for 7 hours today and would love to spend that time BSing about lore. *SPOILERS* I believe in the end of The War of the Ancients that the Naga make that deal with the old gods or at least thats what I always assumed they made the deal with. Yeah I screwed up the old gods arn't elemental. The whole Elune / Yesera, Cenarias, Marlone thing is messed up beyond all comprehension. I won't even touch that in a lore conversation. |
