enchanters can enchant their rings, which is a decent boost, although the mats needed are lol right now (8 large prismatics for 12 spell dmg, 4 void crystals for 4 to stats)

right now, engineering does get the shaft, but hunters with cables still are useful, and the epic engy helms are heavily pvp oriented

right now tailoring might be the worst actual profession because of the lack of epic recipes and the fact that you cant make 18 slotters anymore (mana loom ftl)

cant use engineering in arena? WTF MATE
too bad i gotta buy my engineering mats cause mining just doesnt look like it will happen atm.

mining is pretty easy i have like 500 bars of adamantite and fel iron banked now. biggest pain in the ass is rare gems/khorium. I finally got mats for my khorium rifle together so i am currently looking for an engineer to make it for me.

I hope that the bop patterns will make engineering useful again.
