Hi guys, liquor here, Raid Officer, shoutin a holler at you. Raid has formed on the horde side. We are a guild of over 160 active members. I hope to keep things civil with our enemies, and i want to wish you guys good luck out on the battlefield. PLease if you have any tips or comments for us please feel free to voice them on this thread, i have always had the upmost respect for your guild and members and any advice is welcome

As far as I can tell, raid is simply a merged guild of lesser guilds: http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/threa ... #post27640 My advice: Bigger does not mean better. You're going to run into problems accomodating such a large member base. Regardless, best of luck.

I'm glad to see more high end Horde guilds forming, this is going to be great for when Battlegrounds comes out. I was really getting worried that no Horde guilds would be outfitted with epics when BG comes, and that would just be no fun for us! Some advice, make sure all your members respect the chain of command. Since you're a guild of lesser guilds you need get everyone settled in and following orders or else none of it will work. You need to balance being tough when needed and being merciful/kind when needed as well. As long as your leadership gains the respect of your guild base then you guys should do fine! Don't take shit from anyone in guild and don't get a big head if you're leadership. Take all arguements to tells. |
