The second quote you made doesn't really apply because you can obtain a good amount of attack power more than that, and you'll be recieving a higher dmg bonus on the 1.9 than the 1.8 due to that.. this dagger may very well be able to pass perditions at high attack power.

He said those were the numbers with his buffed attack power, which could be well over 1000... when unbuffed, I'd think perditions should outdamage it.

Either way it's pretty damn nice. Keep in mind, only very capable guilds have killed hakkar so far (I think). These are guilds that farm MC/Rag anyway and can easily obtain that kind of high end stuff... we'll have to wait and see if Hakkar is really easy enough to justify everyone's bitching.
