whoever wrote this has to be some huge nerd . privacy? what privacy ? you live in the USA ,. your privacy went out the window with the patriotic act . OP failed to mention if the any of his "personal data" is sent over the internet or if it simply looks for known names ALREADY PROGRAMED in its search engine . meaning if he finds out your social security number , would it send it over the internet? or would it just pass it as safe . in other words im preatty sure the warden its an on and off program . example: "run warden <found text<juanita phone number=false><found text<hot lesbians=false>etc.." in this case the program is just looking for certain key words already programed in the sniffing program , NOT sending information over . example 2: "run warden<found text wow glider=true"run shutdown wow exe, run send report on text wow glider found on Iexp.exe> meaning if the warden sniffs out a pre pgrogramed text , then it will send it over the internet to a gm ,if it doesnt then it just marks it as false Blizzard is not in the business of stealing your personal information. and if this guy decides to take blizzard to court , then blizzard can easely demonstrate that the program is not sending personal information back the blizzard co , but rather searching for specific cheating clients. then blizzard will refer the court to read the rather explicit EULA that you sign every so often ,case dismised. people often jump up and cry faul aboiut privacy , privacy ah? humm...my boss gaved me a black berry with unlimited internet recently and gps capabilites , so i was clearly exited about its features , when i went on line i noticed a feature listed for my phone and service plan my boss had picked that allows him to track me in real time , speed location , locations i been , and what times . my boss had not picked unlimited internet for me to check lawl forums or instant messenger , my boss had picked this plan because it came with the tracking feature ! then i realized that there is not such thing as privacy , next thign you know we will all have chips under our skins traking everything we do , and every were we go. |
