This is a good video not only because it was a pretty good battle, but also because it is an example of good tactics (by one side at least). I know the video is a little grainy, but you can still get the gist of it.
The Horde guild (Nurfed) wipes the floor with the Alliance. This is mostly because Nurfed stays together in support of each other while isolating the Alliance players. They easily pick off a couple of stray casters and warriors. They also retreat from AoE spells thus avoiding unnecessary damage.
On the other side the Alliance never really gets anything right. They don't seem to stay together, they don't push forward when their spells force Nurfed into withdrawing, they are essentially easy meat.
Anyway, thought it was pretty good
