I don't see a caster legendary that will appeal to every caster class. As a priest, I wouldn't be satisfied with a legendary with +dmg on it, as I prefer to focus on improving my character as a support/healing class. At the same time, I'm sure a mage or warlock will not be satisfied with a legendary suited towards healing. Anything in between will take away from the "legendary" status.

Im not sure about that completely guns.

Look at lok'amir. as long as the base is damage/healing and decent stats everyone would be happy.

Its the legendary proc/special that would be the issue.

some have suggested something like passive 2% hp/mana regen ever 5 seconds. legendary, and uber no matter if your mage/warlock/preist/druid.

Or passive: reduce threat 10%.

Im sure there something all casters would love.

I'd rather see a caster legendary focused either on offensive or healing not both. I don't want some kinda cross breed weapon.
