i can't even imagine what a 12 peice bonus would be like. (or even 14+)

Why should a druid have gear that makes them a powerful caster in caster, healer, AND a powerful melee damage dealer in forms? No class has 3 tree mastery. Why does everyone seem to think druids can, or should?

Last time I checked they have neither the talents nor do items the itemvalue to do that.
And Im pretty sure wrath doesnt have nearly the str/agil/crit/hit to make it powerful damage dealer either.

Druids are not hybrids. And trying to make them act like one will only ruin them more. they are a modular class.

Genesis is terrible. Precluding talents. The sum 400atk power you would have in cat is so pathetic, that it is completely mute. (Then add that feral talents increase melee dps some 300%.)
Would be like a warrior going 30 arms, and 21 proc. "Cuase he wants to have some defence skills!" and gearing up 50% def, 50% crit... Good luck with that.


I really hope loot system gets further specillized. The quest nature of the sets in AQ is great. And I want it almost ALL to be via quest.

Druid loot in AQ is the perfect reason.
Bear gear dps gear, bear tank gear, cat dps gear, feral hybrid gear(str/agil/int), bear Nature resist, cat nature resist, balance gear, balance NR gear, restore gear, restor NR gear. And vartiants.. The VAST differances in druid needs by spec. As its really 3-4 differant classes, means a stupid amount of gear is needed for druids alone.
All this crap shouldnt be random drop. It needs to be 1 item. Take it back to CH, and the druid turns it in for what they want.

Additionally it would allow lore on bosses. AQ sends you to kill Ouro for the legs, and you get a small amount of text about him. Its nice to have some reason to kill them and know about them.

the AQ silithud claw, only in the off hand slot.

I like the stats on the warrior set but the +60 block is insane.

+60 block for a 3 piece? Yah might has a lesser version for it as a 3 piece and its ownage but doubling that might be a bit much

I love the 4 piece though, human + maladath + that set bonus is +15 swords, so no glancing blows on bosses, just a base 5% to hit which is then 2% with the 7 piece. I'd probably cut down on the number of set bonuses though, seems odd to have no set bonuses until 3 then have a new set bonus every item from then. Replace the 3 peice with the 4 piece and the 7 piece with the 5 piece and that would be a pretty balanced and good set.

The 8 piece is pretty cool and very powerful. Good idea for an 8 piece bonus.

I wish blizzard would put in set bonuses like that, would love to see some more stats to improve aggro generation instead of just pure mitigation.

Maybe one day blizzard will make a shaman set focussed around enhancement and not elemental...this will most likely occur at the same time they figure out how to fix our totems for end game pve(NEVER)
