The racials for the new Draenei race are:

Blessing of the Naaru - heals the target of 50 damage over 15 sec (scales up with level. At lvl 60 it will heal 3000 HP over 15 seconds)
Gemcutting - Jewelcrafting skill increased by 15
Inspiring Presence - Increases chance to hit with spells by 1% for all party members within 30 yards
Shadow Resistance - increased by 10

wow, thanks for the info!

though i think the BE racials are a tad overpowered >_> mainly
"Arcane Torrent - Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec. In addition, you gain 20 Energy, Mana or Rage for each Mana Tap charge currently affecting you."

those racials can't be right. Blessing of the naaru is way overpowerd. An extra HoT that will likely stack with everything else that heals 3000 over 15? that's retarded. That has got to get nerfed. I guess the cooldown helps quel that issue but still...
