There's this wonderful thing called google. When you search for things, they magically give you an answer.
a search for "blood elf" classes gives:
warrior, priest, warlock, rogue, and mage
Since talents are a class based thing, I'm assuming you wanted to know the racial abilities.
a search for "blood elf" racials gives:
Mana Tap: This ability allows the Blood Elf to siphon mana (reportedly 50 points) from a spell-casting creature and turn it into a ball of energy.
Arcane Torrent: Release a blast of energy around the Blood Elf that silences creatures around him (reportedly for 8 seconds), and gives energy, mana or rage to his party members. Requires three energy balls.
