Well, I hate to be an indian-giver but I've made a decision that I've been mulling over for weeks. I've decided to quit skinning and take up enchanting once again. I was a low lvl enchanter during beta and decided to skin this time around. The idea was that I would convert at some point when I could more easily afford to disenchant greens. I've been struggling with it because I want to help support the guild. However, enchanting just seems like the right move for me to make right now.
So, here's what I was thinking. I would like to get involved in this ring we are speaking of. Seeing as how I am a bit lower lvl, I would like to schedule runs through some of the slightly lower lvl dungeons (VC, Blackfathom Deeps, Gnomeragan). This would allow some of us lower lvls to get together and help contribute. My idea is that I would disenchant what I get and provide materials freely (or as freely as I can) to guildmates. At this point, I may not be able to make all of the greater enchantments, but I would be able to provide some of the materials when needed.
I hope this works out. I made this decision mainly because I think some of the lower lvls don't feel like they can ask for enchantments because we just don't have a lot to offer. I think this will be a great opportunity to get some of the recruits and members more meaningfuly involved in the welfare of the guild.
I welcome any thoughts or feeling on this decision. I also welcome any /tells from guildmates ingame for either materials, enchants, or runs through instances.
P.S. - after making my decision last night, I have already built my skill up to 40, which is farther than I got throughout the whole open beta period.
