To be honest, after seeing those talents, I'm tempted to make a druid alt. Looks like that 41 point talent that gives you a massive damage in cat form might make cat dps good. |

Unless they factor in weapon damage with feral attacks now, Mangle is pretty bad. In fact, most of the 41 point talents look pretty bad in favor of split tree builds, imo. I noticed Imp. Healing Touch is no longer a prereq for Nature's Swiftness, which is nice. There's too much stuff in feral to make take advantage of all the dps talents, and still save 19 points for Furor, Nat weapons, OoC, and Swiftshifting. They've given balance a lot of nice stuff, but I still don't see the purpose of Moonkin form. You'll still be a weak shaman wannabe. The mana cost involved with shifting out of Moonkin to heal and back in afterwards is almost as bad as a Shaman's mana efficeny...and they a talent similar to Dreamstate as well. It appears a balance/resto build will be the new dps/pvp build, and perhaps the best raiding healing spec as well. And my last bitching...a cast time on flight form? :/ |

Mangle is pretty good actually. -At lvl 70 it does 150% normal damage + 245 damage(in cat) and 130% normal damage + 135 damage (in bear). -It gets -5 energy/rage cost from Ferocity. -It gets +20% damag from Savage Fury. |
