Tier 5 was added which people have seen what it looks like and what its set bonuses are on thottbot.
Druids lost 15% HP in bear form but gained 90 AP I lost about 2k HP so nothing I will whine about. Flight form was also updated to be on par with other new BC models. Tranquility was also massivly buffed even so much so that Imp. Tranq seems worth it now for resto druids. There may be more but the servers crashed 10 mins after being up and thats why I am posting now :p
Trans and SR 15% mana regen was capped SR now only regens 20 mana per 5 sec and also the druid idol of ferocity no longer reduces energy costs but rather increases damage done by rake and claw by 30.
A lot of classes trinkets were 'nerfed' such as Lifegiving gem is only 1500 HP now you can read that on the beta forums http://beta.worldofwarcraft.com.
User made patch notes for everything else since I only notice druid changes! Seems like a lot of nerfs so let the whining commence!
