I got mine too - fucking d/l'er is juink though. I've always been able to d/l fine, and it keeps giving me errors. =[ Everything is forwarded fine, but it says it is having trouble writing to my harddisk...wtf is that crap.

Try defragging maybe that will help it write. Otherwise maybe someones having a problem similar to yours so maybe help for it is posted in the tech forums: http://beta.worldofwarcraft.com/board.h ... 0004&sid=1

Also Dath the pre-mades would come with whatever gear would make the raid instances testable for them as thats the only reason guilds were invited. So it they would prob come with a few pieces of tier 4 and other Karazhan like gear. Sure you worked hard for the items but this is beta and everything means squat in a month thats why I didn't bother messing with reputations or my professions and only with things that will actually give me a advantage in live.

Also dath its getting wiped in a few weeks anyways, you guys got lucky and got to be in beta before everyone else that's better than some stupid gear.


And Levi - I already defragg'ed and ran a CHKDSK and no luck =[

You maybe can try re-installing the current game then try installing the beta.

But when you do transfer go to Blades Edge its empty here :p

i wouldnt mind it except that means all the raiders have a better shot at the raid instances simply because they will walk in with better gear than the people who have busted their asses to debug all the instances from ramparts to karazhan. right now our problem with maulgar is we need to field a better geared mt and i find it unfair that because we xferred early we;re stuck running karazhan until we can get the stupid tanking gear to drop for our tanks.

@prel, i hope they will let everyone get a premade because gear progression is blocking out the 25 mans for us right now, we havent been running karazhan as long as DnT so our guys are not nearly geared as well

Theres tons of bugs. Once you install it you get an interface.mpq error. In order to fix it you have to uninstall wow->uninstall BC-> reinstall Wow(cant patch it)-> then reinstall burning crusade, patch BC up and then patch up regular WoW.

As if that wasnt bad enough the character transfer service is messed up, says characters are successfully transferred but they dont show up on the realm . I transferred to the PvP server btw.

Oh well, Im just glad I'll eventually be able to play beta!
