Here is what i did when i gave up my raiding spot on Thursday. Hope you enjoy. I made this in Maya 2008. I also made if from scratch, one polygon at a time. There are: 26550 Edges and 13733 faces and 24846 Tres. Not a Huge amount, but it still took a long time. These are just simple renderings. I didn't do any shading or texturing or lighting. Thanks all. This coming week i'll be starting on making a 3d model of a car. I should be able to model any car as long as i have 3 blueprint reference pictures of it, top back and front and one of the sides. You can fine blueprint pictures here. http://www.the-blueprints.com/index.php ... ints/cars/ If you guys want to suggest something go for it, that is if the site has blueprints of it. |

Ok Moonstone, This care was really hard. Sweet car but gezzz man you couldn't just pick a soccer mom box mini van or something. This took me about ummm i don't know something around 20hours to do over 2 weeks. If I had more time there is a lot of small detail things i would do better or fix but i'm just worn out and i'm going to start on a new project. I just did some basic texturing for color, nothing fancy. I'm trying to learn more, and get better at the modeling. Enjoy. By By By By |

Looks pretty nice! A WEE bit too tall in proportion to the length, but the detail looks great man! |

Yeah i messed up early on and stretched the reference image when i lined it up. And by the time i realized it i just said whatever and kept going. |
