Post subject:  WHAT THE FUCK!!
So I got my copy at midnight..and here's the problem i've had ever since...I get to the install page..clicked install then it goes to the language page. I click ok for english and then the install window closes.
I've tried clicking spanish, downloading the client from the website to see if it was my disk and still the same error occurs. I even reinstalled the whole game last night and yeah.

I've come to the conclusion that it's my computer and any input that can be made on what might be causing this would be great cause i'm already behind on leveling :(

No clue Jas... you're pretty much fucked bro imo.

But I have another problem... once I got everything installed last night I got into the game and I couldn't see any NPC's. I was in Darnassus with no NPCs, mailboxes, or the guild bank. I hearthed to Shat and still the same problem. Is anyone else having this problem?

If you're on vista, try running in administrator mode.

Right click on it, then select run in administrator.

If it still doesnt work there is one more option...

Windows has this program that shuts down any program being run that tries to access parts of your computer that it deems risky. Unfortunately it has a bad habit of shutting down all kinds of legit programs. It's really easy to turn it off, there is a command you use in dos that shuts it off. Unfortunately i can not remember the name of the windows program. it's not defender, but i think its part of windows defender, one of the malware options. anyways it could very likely be this program because many times it will shut down programs you are installing and not even give you a reason. i have mine permanently disabled. If I can remember the name ill post it on here.
