Post subject:  Frost/Blood or Frost/Unholy?

I decided to go dual-wield for frost PVP/PVE dps, because more hits means more crits, which again mean more Killing Machine procs, which equals more beautiful howling blast crits.
However! I gave up Blood of the North for the three points in dual wield and put two in Merciless Combat instead for some execute'ish powarz, so now my Blood Strike does quite shitty damage, and I don't have anything else to spend Blood Runes on. My spec looks like this (or will at 80):

So I was wondering if it'd be worth giving up epidemic and virulence, and even more importantly, Shadow of Death, for something like this:

Which would give me a nice 5% crit to everything, and allow me to tap blood runes for phat hp. It means some loss of utility (I have to spam icy touch/plague strike or pestilence to keep the diseases up) though.

Opinions? An alternative would be finding points to put into Blood of the North, but I just can't find them (other than the two in Merciless Combat, which aren't that necessary, but 40% chance just isn't reliable enough, and the damage will still suck.)

EDIT: An unholy alternative:

One point from On A Pale Horse, two from Annihilation (don't use Obliterate, but the 2% crit is nice), and two from Merciless Combat for a full 5/5 Blood of the North.

I've also wondered how good Tundra Stalker actually is. 10% damage is all good, but are the points better spent elsewhere? 5 expertise is useful for dual wielding though to avoid all the misses.
