Never had this much trouble but I'm finally online.
Problem 1 - One of my SATA Drives was bad. Bios would see it, then not see it, audible clicking, took forever to load into bios, when I disconnected that drive, the thing boots to bios in like 3 secs.
Problem 2 - Stupid SB700 Chipset only has SATA or Raid setting available for all the drives, System wouldn't boot off the new SATA DVD-R, so I had to install my old DVD drive and install on an IDE drive.
Problem 3 - BSOD Trying to install vista. Turns out my bios doesn't autodetect my ram right. Upped the voltage to what the specs say and that was that.
Good news, 5.9s across the board in Vista. Everything seems to be running stable now.
