I notice you have alot of your key abilities far to the right, bound to like = - and )... and that you're PROBABLY clicking them. (you can see in the screenshots that you have the tooltip for rupture Sinister Strike and something else highlighted which only happens when you cursor over).

You're going to want to fix that and get some proper bindings, clicking things that important is a hindrance to your dps rotation and will severely impair you on any fights that require lots of movement (read: all of ulduar)

i'll give him a shadow of a doubt.

he might have secondary binds set up, so the primary buttons still show the default hotkey signs.

Maybe he's got a keyboard with macro buttons like me so it doesn't matter what key things are bound to. What about that linky? Hmm?

If he had secondary binds (which i have many of) it wouldn't show as like ... highlighted. When you look at the screenshots, you can see the TOOLTIP for those buttons way far on the right, like rupture and sinister strike. That doesn't happen ever if it's bound, the only time you see that is if you mouse over it.

So, unless he's randomly moused over the two buttons in really inconvenient places, that he also happens to be using at the time, WITH secondary binds as well, he's clicking.

ya you guys caught me, I'm a clicker. So today, i am going out and buying the Belkin N52TE Gamepad so all problems are being fixed on my end and you can expect more to come. so there's your answer for now guys and thanks for bringing it to my attention. l8r
