Why are you specced into suppression? Do you not know how hit-cap works?
Why are you using Talisman of Resurgence? Even a Sundial would probably be better for you.
Warlocks are in a slump right now compared to previous patches so in order to keep a competetive edge, we really need to know the ins and outs of our class and how to take advantage of them. Do you ever use consumables during a boss fight? which ones, and when? Do you ever take advantage of our special pets?
