yeah your gear setup is really whacked out, check out my toon on armory and model after that, at least until major content patch. You want to really build up your haste till they change the ignite mechanic (haven't been able to play in like a month so not sure if it was changed yet). Your meta is wrong, too much to really dig into without writing an essay. Check out my armory if you want to be a baller.
