Have everything but hearts and a crafter for shadow resist set.
Separate DPS set, about 3k ap.

Why 15 str on your gloves and why a jagged talasite to gem them?

If you could pick 3 pieces of gear to replace, which would they be and why? Gem and enchant those 3 pieces.

Halendor, is that your normal resto spec? If so, why did you put 27 points into balance then stop before dreamstate?

Why do you have int enchanted on your bracers and weapon over +healing?

You're an alchemist, have you looked into making the epic trinket?

The sets are mostly separate. I have some overlap in the gloves, the belt, the boots, and the helm (working on either getting a t4 helm or an s2, whichever I get to first, so I don't look completely retarded with +defense and AP).

Because I was retarded. I've been educated by EJ - I'll see if I can get that rectified soon - no matter where I end up, that needs to be fixed. The gem is an obvious and probably futile attempt for the meta gem. I should probably just suck it up, stam it, and get s2 gloves or somesuch for DPS anyway.

I should have mentioned this - my apologies - I'm already looking into the a new spec that's more tanking oriented, this current one was made for a guild that had enough tanks and only brought me along for the crit rate. Certainly need to pick up thick hide.


If you could pick 3 pieces of gear to replace, which would they be and why? Gem and enchant those 3 pieces.

Haaaa I already know cause I've been wishing and hoping - if only my list stopped at 3.

#1 New shoulders. Hate having to rely on s2 for decent shoulders, t4 and t5 never, EVER dropped for me. Especially since I'm over the defense cap and can look in to stacking with stam gems, it'd be great to have an actual piece of gear meant for PvE for tanking. Would gem and enchant for such - I'm a little pissed there's no badge solution for this.

#2 Scarab of Displacement with Commendation of Kael'thas. Hasn't dropped for me yet :/ I'll be keeping the scarab to stay uncritable in my resist sets, but beyond that, it's lived out it's usefulness.

#3 Vestments of Hibernation with Embrace of Everlasting Prowess - cause stam is delicious (would gem and enchant for tanking) and I don't see myself obtaining a tier chest from anywhere any time soon. Would already have it but we had a bit of a crunch and I had to buy the fire resist set instead.


I'm afraid my UI isn't anything special. I run BigWigs, Omen, and Grid, and beyond that I just keybind everything (including forms). Used Ct for a while... until it picked up a bug where it locked up everything when you shifted in combat (for a druid....that's bad. lol)
