**INCOMING WALL**

Heres what I see from a lot of studying.

Gear
Your gear isnt horrible to do the beginning of sunwell with the right potions and food.
Head - Get ZA or wait for T6
Neck - Perfect
Shoulders - Fine obviously T6 are better but both are equal
Cloak - Cloak from Bloodboil
Chest - T6 Chest or bust. no need to badge this one.
Bracers - Rage Winterchill would be next upgrade or T6. yours are ok for now.
Gloves - I had the same ones best option until you get T6
Waist - Contrary to belief depending on how you gear your priest in game and mentally this is a very good piece especially for CoH.
Pants - Perfect
Boots - Get badges
Ring 1 - Violet Sig is fine.
Ring 2 - Upgrade
Trinket 1 - Eye of Gruul = Perfect
Trinket 2 - Hold out it you get the one off illidan unless you can get your hands on the Earring. Truth be told CoH priest do not need the earring as bad as others.
Weapon - Staff from Bloodboil.
Ranged - Perfect

Talents
I see what you are trying to do with your talent points and it is somewhat effective.
4/5 in SR is good for a priest who will be the first one to spam CoH since you will generate tons of threat. Alot of dmg is done by AOE it is effective for you. Cloak enchant is obvious since we have no other enchant Eo.

You need to Max Holy Specialization as a CoH priest. If im not mistaken it will increase your hps by ~100+.

Drop the point in healing prayer and get Holy Reach. By not getting it you are effectively making yourself less effective. If you do not heal 4 or more people with a CoH you have made the spell useless.

Spellwarding is needed if you do not have the stamina to keep up healing yourself and others.

Geming

Follow the order CoH is based on mp5 while spirit based priest are spirit gems. Sometimes you will mix them around.

Remember at the end of BT/Hyjal/Starting Sunwell content you want to be at 435 mp5 in combat raid buffed with +2400 healing. Achievable with some tweaking and lucky drops. Not many can say they reach those numbers so it is nothing to look down on yourself just what to look forward to. I would personally like to see your priest in action as personally few impress me and I love to see when under-geared priest outperform people. Our class isnt as dependent on gear as others its more dependent on skill level. With the right potions and food you will sit near most others on health and mp5.

Agreed with everything you said. Thank you so much. Agreed with the holy specialization thing. I don't remember exactly why I did not max it out. I completely understand why spellwarding is a viable talent it did not make sense to me untill you explained it. TY! About the spirit gems. I am normally a spirit priest with IMP DS, because no one likes being that spec for some reason. I am working on getting badge ring, I will also work on getting the boots never really thought much about it since my boots are 2nd best imo, been waiting for winterchill to drop his bracers hasn't done it yet though, haven't gotten za hood either waiting for my turn on t6, same with gloves. I have been working hard on my priest and as of last night can achieve 2300 healing and 330 mp5 in combat. Fully elixired food mana oil and buffed. Thank you again for your incredible post i REALLY appreciate it. You will see alot of improvement on my gear in the next couple of days. Watch armory I will be doing my best to get the best. What i was trying to say that too many points in SR are useless specially if you have subtetly, you know we can fade. There are no many options where to put the points tho but i wanted to know the answer.
