Lady Vash -- I loved the fact that it was not just only about the Trinity.. there were add kiters, add killers, people who looted, bat killers etc etc.. nice complex fight.

Voidreaver due to the invisible orb mechanic. Made it quite a challenge...

also Kael due to the Flamestrike mechanic being impossible to dodge, right Dek?

Ragnaros - the way we started killing him at first was to load up on dps and kill him before he spawned the flames. This strategy became so popular that Blizzard modified the fight so that he spawned his flames after hitting a certain %, and you had to learn to deal with them. Anyways it was fun watching Ragnaros die within a minute or two.

The end boss of BWL (a dragon - I forgot his name) - but I think we were the first guild in the world to bring it down. It took so long to come up with the strategy, but it was also a lot of fun. The excitement after we killed him and distributed the loot was unbelievable.

Nefarian was the last boss in BWL, probably my favorite.

BWL in general was the most fun for me, lost interest in the game after BWL

Vael was another fun fight in BWL too.

I don't really remember much of the bosses after BWL, kind of lost interest in the game during the other instances.

I remember thinking Ahn'Qiraj was pretty lame.
