Verdict is hanging for me.

Im more interested/impressed in the restoration talent changes.

I had high hopes for balance being fixed. And these previews dont look like they fixed my concerns.

A balance druid lived by being a nuker and a healer. These talents seem to turn you into a shadow preist. Losing the ablity to heal at all kills the balance tree. Overall dps would have to increase 200% to make you mage level at least.
And while having a party crit chance buff will be nice. I dont see it justying the loss of a healer.

How in the world would that form be usefull in pvp? you lose NS already. And have no heals at all. And unless their was a massive change to root or something unlisted... you have zero means to defend yourself.

I was balance for a long time. And loved it. And Ill test it out on the test. But this preview, doesnt give me high hopes for the tree.

Feral improvements seem more stable. I can see a feral druid being taken to buff teh rogue/warrior/hunter dps more.

Hrmm, I might actually continue leveling my druid now, I've always wanted to make a balance druid and it looks kinda cool now =)...feral might be fun though too.
