You have to have one of the Imperial Qiraji items first, then you talk to a person in AQ40 past the Twin Emps. You also have to have 3 Elementium Ore btw.

Unless you'll be doing AQ40 at some point your best bet is to farm CC rep for the mace you get at exalted.

Ok look to get the weapon you have to have the rep with cenarion circle or go through to the past the twins and the quest is there get the elementium ores' and the head and then the quest is done --- but my question is do u have to have the rep before the for the quest to even show up on the NPC's ??? Be specific im only 14 lol.....

Oh... no no no. You misunderstood me. The second thing I mentioned, the CC rep thing, that is a different mace entirely. That is from a quest in CH that any druid can get. Get Exalted, turn in a few items, get a mace with 140 AP in feral form.

The mace you originally asked about you wont be able to get at all unless you're in a guild that is doing AQ40 and BWL. It requires an epic quest item that drops in AQ40, you then take that item and 3 Elem. Ore to a guy that is past the Twin Emps and he will give you a quest, you give him the items, he will give you the mace.
