Hey, I was looking at your Naxx screenshots from Fax, and I noticed a skull on the Crypt Fiends and bosses portraits and above their heads. Also, on the Instructor, there were diamonds and crosses above the students heads. Is this a specific Naxx thing, or a new built-in UI Element, or the result of a targetting mod?

This is a new raid-feature that has been added to the blizzard UI in 1.11

Sounds nice. Is it just used for targetting, to help the raid know which mob to kill, or does it have another use?

It is built into the raid UI in 1.11

As a raid leader, let me tell you this is fucking nice. I utilized this feature so much last night. It really helps, you can call out targets by saying diamond, start, moon etc.. instead of saying "far left, middle, one wandering around aimlessly."

Great addition, I love it.

Edit: to answer your second question, yes, its only for selecting targets. There is no other feature besides making it easier to assign targets.
