I two box alot and these are the best matchups per class I think. When you two box you are basically putting one char on follow and assist or focus and doing alot of grinding.

Mage/Priest - Mage aoes priest heals. Power word shield and fear for tight situations makes the priest preferable to a paladin.

Mage/Mage - Aoe mania.

Druid/Hunter - Hunter kills stuff, druid roots, heals and buffs.

Warlock/Priest - Very fast single target grinding. Make sure to get improved voidwalker early for tanking.

Shaman/Druid - Good once the druid gets innervate - a shaman with 2 times the mana pool is insane.

Combos to stay away from:

Rogue / Anything - Stealth and position dependent combat make it difficult to two box.

Warrior/Paladin - Charge makes warriors a pain to two box, I never got past Westfall with this combo.

For the expansion I will be two boxing a dranei shaman / dranei paladin. If it doesn't work I will switch to something else or just take them solo.
