I think he was directing me to wikipedia, Fez. Regardless, I don't have time to descipher the name of the dirty dishwater drink out of that paragraph of spanglish and I don't have the patience (or time) to trial and error every word that looks like it could be a name for a drink. "Alcoholic Culture" did make me chuckle though. I think you meant linguistic culture, since I don't hablo very mucho español. :)

Anyway, as soon as you tell me what that drink is called, I'll find out what's in it and how its made...then I'll give you a reason why I wouldn't drink it (other than it looking like mudd puddle water with bubbles on top.)

PS: If there's tequilla or donkey semen in it, that will be the reason up front. I know you sneaky rim theives love donkey semen.

3 Glasses of pisco (Brandy in English more or less)
1 ½ Glass of sugar
2 Glasses of lemon juice
White of an egg
Shaken ice
Add drops of Amargo Angostura

I found various recipes with and without the egg whites. This one sounds like it would be most reflective of your pic. Any non-peruvians want to take a stab at this?

If I'm going to drink egg in my alcohol, its going to be something like

2 oz [s]light rum[/s] spiced rum or bourbon
6 oz milk
1 tsp powdered sugar
1 whole egg
nutmeg

PS: I don't drink anything with crushed ice in it.
